Kelly and Michael hired me for the Friday wedding that took place in early October at the fabulous Mirbeau Inn & Spa and what a great day it was! This wedding was so much fun to be a part of because it was a relaxed, intimate time for immediate family only!
Wedding photo tip! Having plenty of time scheduled into the wedding day for photography is key! Michael & Kelly opted to go for a “first look” session, this is when the bride and groom see each other for the first time before the actual ceremony and then spend about an hour making great photographs. This can be a an excellent option because it gives the couple a chance to just enjoy the moment alone (well, almost I’m there to photograph!) before everything with the ceremony and the reception get going.
So enjoy the photos, take note of one particular photo in the set that explains why there are no full length photos of the groom 
, and a big thank you to the extremely hospitable staff at Mirbeau!

These are truly the most gorgeous wedding photographs that I have ever seen! If anyone ever asks me for a photographer reccommendation, I will definately tell them about the story photography! Cerstainly the subjects are both attractive, but these photos are amazing! Kelly should be on the cover of brides magazine! You captured some truly gentle and loving moments. I wasnt able to attend and feel as if I experienced the magic of their special day.

The pictures are beautiful and the flowers/crutches shot is especially creative.
I have to admit that although I did set the bouquet on the crutches, the shot wasn’t my idea! One of the parents (sorry I can’t remember who!) yelled down from a balcony to get the shot
