Partner 1 Name
Where will the partner 1 have her final preparation taking place (last makeup & hair finishing touches and getting in the dress) on the wedding day? (Name and Address if NOT the ceremony location). If two photographers, this is where Chris will start.
Partner 2 Name
Partner 2 getting ready photos?
Partner 2 would like getting ready photos taken (can realistically do without a second photographer IF both partners are getting ready at the same location OR if one partner is getting ready first.)
Please note that unless you have hired a second photographer. Coverage of partner 2 will take place before the partner 1’s getting ready coverage.
Please verify the start time of the ceremony:

Do you plan on seeing each other before the Ceremony?

Please specify which groups at which locations.
Which family group photos would you like taken?
Please check all that apply.
(Example: Both of us with sister, Sarah) ***Please plan on about 2 minutes of time for each additional grouping requested. PLEASE SPECIFY INDIVIDUALS BY NAME***
Are there any special family situations (divorces, deaths, etc.), that I should know about that we need to be sensitive to?
Are you planning a formal exit? (from the ceremony or reception)
When will the formal exit be taking place?
Suggestion: If your exit takes place after dark it’s recommended that sparklers play at least some role in the exit to act as a light source 🙂 Can be combined with other things too).
What time does the reception end?
:
Have contracted a videographer?
Total number of attendants (bridesmaids/groomsmen etc.)
Will the address that you gave us at the time of booking change once you get married?
